If you're anything like me, your computer desktop is full of folders, files, icons, and who knows what else, and it probably looks something like this:
Well, I've designed a wallpaper that actually organizes you and will help with your productivity and your peace of mind. Check out my desktop with the Tao Productivity Wallpaper:
There's a section for work (broken down into apps, internet links, and files), personal, computer health (like antivirus programs, disk cleanup, recycle bin, etc.), and a handy area where you can put shortcuts or files that are on your "to do" list. I've created the wallpaper with 4 gorgeous nature photos (see them here) as the backdrop. And the best thing? All 4 wallpapers (Beach, River, Night Sky, and Sunset) are free to download below!
Just in case you're not sure how to set your desktop wallpaper, here are instructions for setting an image as your wallpaper on Windows and Apple computers:
Changing your desktop picture on a PC
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Personalization to choose a picture worthy of gracing your desktop background, and to change the accent color for Start, the taskbar, and other items. The preview window gives you a sneak peek of your changes as you make them.
In Background, select a picture.
Under "fit", choose how you would like the image to fit on the desktop (usually, it's "Fill".
Changing your desktop picture from
System Preferences on Apple Computers
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences.
Click Desktop & Screensaver.
From the Desktop pane, select a folder of images on the left, then click an image on the right to change your desktop picture.
Cheers!
